If it is made in China probably in the short or loose wire
Something is running in the system. You have to follow the wiring for the circuit and a place where a grounding cable is pinched or find out about.
Do you have any changes to the bike before it started blowing fuses? Lights out? If you trace the cable and make sure the cable does not show any bald patches, often this is causing the backup.
