Towing Columbus Ohio Apartment Parking: Breach Of Contract?

Apartment Parking: Breach Of Contract? - towing columbus ohio

That's my problem:

I live in a shared apartment in Columbus, Ohio. There are two more parking garages and parking on private road. The residents are required to in a garage three areas (1, 2 or Street) or park will be towed away. There are also points for each visitor garage (whole plant) and on the street, and all come with "visitor" in them. I was towed for parking in a visitor in my garage and that all residents parking was full. The apartment mgmt says that GM does not assign parking for fear that not enough space - what more residents collar residents - and residents does not entitle the user to use the parking overflow.

The advertising community is "private garage with opener. The first game does not work and do not understand why it would be private, so that visitors can park there. Instead of towing, and pay $ 100 every time, I can not because of injury the Treaty of my lease legally cited?

It appears that management is out of contract is not the aperture. Residents work on their visitors. I can not get their own decision, your lease, but at least be able to receive reimbursement by the management. It's his fault, he had to use the land for a visitor. I managed apartments and know that management will first be examined. "But you're the customer. You pay his salary, so I made a fuss and try to change things break before the test to the lease.
