When filing taxes on a rental property that I refinanced twice, do I add the abstract and recording fees twice - insurance abstract

I bought the house in 1998. I lived there until last year when you refinanced twice. I currently leases the property out. I finished my taxes and asked to fill in the boxes with the "registration fee abstract," "attorney fees, title search," "Title Insurance", etc.

I Insert these fees and refinancing?
